It should come on during the bulb check when you first turn the key on. Did I fry the cluster circuit board. So what you think about this? I think the fuse is in the engine compartment fuse box but your owners manual would tell you for sure. I have a 2004 f250 5. There are also fusible links located outside of either fuse box fuse position rating circuit protected. You may alsoorder or download many repair manuals and individual diagramsonline. It is easy to miss seeing this decal.
